We're hiring two new team members to join BASE Ireland, as the lead partner in the BASE-Line European Innovation Partnership (EIP) - Restoring Soil Health and Enhancing Biodiversity through Regenerative Agriculture.

This ambitious 4.5-year project is co-funded by the European Union and the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine (DAFM). We are looking for a passionate and skilled Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture (Full Time) and a Communications/Administrative Coordinator (Part-time) to deliver this exciting EIP

Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture

In this exciting new position as Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture, with BASE Ireland, you will lead the new BASE-Line European Innovation Partnership (EIP). The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation of the EIP, with the ongoing support of BASE Ireland and an experienced EIP Operational Group. The Project Manager will lead multiple initiatives, and work packages, focused on regenerative agriculture, and will be responsible for all reporting to the DAFM.

Communications/Administrative Coordinator (Part-time)

This new position as Communications/Administrative Coordinator (Part Time) with BASE Ireland, will be part of the core team implementing the BASE-Line European Innovation Partnership (EIP). The  Communications/Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for all communication and administrative functions related to the EIP, including financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, farmer-led workshops, demo days, and internal and external communications
